Changes made to the sub fund Sextant Climate Transition Europe of the SICAV SEXTANT

Amiral Gestion announces the launch of a new share class. Indeed, the unit called "LA Unit" will be intended more particularly for institutional investors or large accounts having received the prior agreement of the management company and subscribing a minimum of EUR 10 million. The changes made to the UCITS prospectus will take effect on the net asset value dated 10 May 2023.

Important information for the investor

These changes do not require any action on your behalf. Shareholders of the Sextant Climate Transition Europe sub fund of the SICAV are reminded of the need and importance of reading the Key Information Document (KID). The KID PRIIPS and the Prospectus for your sub fund are available on the website of the Management Company www.amiralgestion.fr and at its registered office. You may also obtain the full prospectus for your sub fund within eight business days upon written request from Amiral Gestion, 103 rue de Grenelle -75007 PARIS.
