Amiral Gestion has decided to specify in the SEXTANT GRAND LARGE prospectus that the mutual fund will not be overexposed to the asset classes in which it invests.

Alongside this amendment, we have specified that the mutual fund will be able to invest up to 5% of its net assets in foreign open-end or closed-end investment funds (not more than 10% invested in foreign CIU or investment fund units) that meet the criteria stipulated in article R.214-13 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and in AIFs. However, the mutual fund will never invest in certified FCPRs (venture capital funds) or similar funds.

The amendments made to UCITS prospectuses will take effect at the net asset value on 17th May 2021.
